Evening Host – Arrive at the Salt Light Center by 5:45 p.m., welcome guests when they arrive at 6:30 p.m and show new guests around the facility. You will stay until 9 p.m. Children accompanying adults as evenings hosts must be at least 12 years old.

Overnight Hosts – Arrive at 9 p.m. to meet the guests. At 10:30 p.m. you can retire to a bedroom you share with another overnight host. Your shift ends at 7 a.m. when the shelter director arrives and determines if the guests can stay and use the resource room on weekdays. All guests leave by 7 a.m. on Saturdays and Sundays.

Day Hosts – Assist the director with light laundry, administrative work and setting out lunch for those using the resource room. Shifts are Monday through Friday from 10:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.
